What Makes This Role Great:

In this role youll be at the forefront of digital construction directly influencing how mechanical and electrical installers deploy specialized BIM software to build smarter infrastructure. You will act as a critical technical consultant blending installation technology with IT solutions to shape the future of the Benelux MEP industry.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Solve high-impact customer challenges by diagnosing software issues and optimizing the deployment of Stabicad for Revit and AutoCAD.
• Empower the next generation of engineers by delivering hands-on training to small groups enabling them to master advanced design software.
• Influence product excellence by using real-world customer feedback to test functionality and drive software improvements.
• Bridge the gap between engineering and IT by managing complex software installations within diverse technical environments.

Essential Skills & Experience

• You hold a technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (installation technology)
• You are a clear and effective communicator fluent in Dutch and good/intermediate in English.
• You possess foundational IT knowledge and a genuine passion for solving technical puzzles.

Bonus Points For:

• Previous experience or familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Stabicad
• A background in providing technical support or professional training for software users.

Logistics:

• Location: Bodegraven - Netherlands (at least 4 days per week in office).
• Travel Requirement: 10%
