Job Summary
As a Sr Controllership Supervisor here at Honeywell you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the controllership function within your designated area. Your role will include ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations managing financial reporting processes and providing guidance to your team to enhance operational efficiency.
In this role you will impact the organization by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data which will support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the controllership team ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage the financial reporting process including the preparation and review of financial statements.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or controllership roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
