As a Customer Service representative at Ubuildit you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries provide product information and resolve any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with placing orders and tracking shipments
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with CRM systems and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
