Position Overview
A respected healthcare system in eastern North Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Staffing Pool (Float Pool) to join its full-time team. This position offers flexibility and dynamic clinical exposure by floating to multiple inpatient units based on operational needs.
The ideal candidate is adaptable clinically strong and comfortable working in various patient care environments while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care across multiple inpatient departments as assigned.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Uphold infection control patient safety and quality improvement standards.
Compensation
Base Pay (Experienced & New Graduate RNs)
Paid-in-Lieu-of-Benefits (PLB) Option
PLB teammates are eligible for shift differentials and pay-for-performance awards but are not eligible for PTO accrual or participation in the benefit program.
