Role Summary

As anAnalyst (Python Developer) you will design and build production quality software and data solutions contributing across application service and data layers. You will help deliver reliable systems improve operational efficiency through automation and support data driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop test and supportreliable scalable software applications and servicesusing strong engineering practices.

Builddatacentric solutions(extraction transformation validation orchestration) that power analytics and reporting.

Develop and maintainAPIs and service components ensuring performance resilience and clear documentation.

Develop and maintain webbased applications contributing across presentation logic and data layers.

Supportcloud enabled and service-based components prioritizing reliability scalability and operational readiness

Implementautomation monitoring and troubleshootingpractices to improve stability and reduce operational friction.

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements intoeffective scalable solutions.

Operate in anAgile delivery model contributing to sprint execution continuous improvement and ongoing optimization.

Work withstructured and semistructured datato enable data processing analytics and reporting needs.

Skills & Qualifications

25 yearsof hands-on experience building production-quality solutions usingPython.

Bachelors degree in engineering Computer Science Mathematics or a related technical discipline.

StrongComputer Sciencefundamentals(data structures algorithms logic and software design principles).

Experience developing modern web applications using componentbased frameworks.

Strong database fundamentals and experience withSQL; comfortable working withrelational and non-relationaldata stores and designing efficient data models.

Familiarity withcloud-oriented architectures APIs and distributed systems concepts.

Experience or exposure todata visualization or reporting tools.

Bilingual proficiency inEnglish and Spanish(written and spoken).

Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus but not required.

Core Competencies

Stronganalytical and problem-solving skillswith a structured approach to technical challenges.

Proficiency with common Python data/analytics packages such asPandas NumPy and building lightweight interactive apps (e.g.Dash-style applications).

Hands-on experience withcloud infrastructureconcepts and services including compute managed databases and serverless patterns (e.g.AWS RDS/EC2/serverless).

Familiarity withcontainer packaging and runtime standards(e.g.OCI) and an understanding of how containerized workloads are built deployed and operated.

Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Growth mindset with a strong interest in learning new technologies and improving existing solutions.

Accountability ownership and commitment to delivering reliable outcomes.

Experience withmodern web development conceptsis a plus (UI exposure) but not required.
