The Test Services team is composed of highly skilled engineers who thrive on collaboration innovation and technical collaborate closely with teams across QA and R&D to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

The team supports colleagues with guidelines and best practiceswhentaking onnew their manager you will focus on motivating and aligning the team around a shared vision supporting their professional growth and helping them continuously improvethe waythey work.

• Leadingand coachingyour team fostering collaboration and high performance
• Definingthe roadmap and priorities ensuring alignmentandvalueacross QA and R&D
• Drivingcontinuousimprovement of test frameworks tools and processes
• Collaboratingwith QA managersand other stakeholdersto align on delivery and strategy
• Supportingyour team in navigating challenges and seizing new opportunities

• An engineering background or equivalent experience
• Experience leading engineers in a technical environment

• Experience working withmodern software development practices and frameworks

The following qualifications are a plus:

• A background in software testing and automation at scale
• Previous experience in large or complex organizations
