Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and security of the school site
Carrying out regular health & safety checks including fire alarms and emergency lighting
Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating contractors and supervising site-related works
Managing general repairs maintenance tasks and minor improvement projects
Supporting school events and occasional out-of-hours requirements
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience as a Site Manager Premises Manager or Caretaker
Strong knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
Practical maintenance and DIY skills
The ability to prioritise workload and respond promptly to issues
A proactive organised and dependable approach
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff
