The Role
The Caretaker plays a vital role in ensuring the school remains safe secure and presented at its best for students staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
Opening and closing the site ensuring security of buildings and grounds
Carrying out day-to-day maintenance minor repairs and basic DIY
Preparing rooms and facilities for lessons events and lettings
Monitoring the condition of the premises and reporting issues promptly
Supporting contractors on site
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness safety and presentation
Assisting with health & safety checks and compliance procedures
