The Opportunity
Were seeking a Regional Sales Manager South-East Poland to join Łukaszs - East Europe Regional Manager and Mariusz West Regional Manager Poland. This role offers the opportunity to:

We are looking for an ambitious person with a real passion for business development and sales to build on our early successes and accelerate our sales development in Poland. You will have the opportunity to participate in the creation and sales team in Poland (sales agents/distribution partners) mainly in B2G and B2B models.
Mission:
Develop the Polish Market. Knowing first market positive responses to Fonroche Lighting products we need to add additional sales people to the Polish sales Team. Due to the size of the country and number of municipalities is foreseeable future there should be another person joining to share the country to more regions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (80%)
Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You have a real hunters instinct with the ability to create interest and trust. You will be responsible for the early stages of your sales pipeline opening doors specifying our solutions and working in good cooperation with our distributors to conclude the sales in order to achieve your objectives.
Generate and qualify leads
Conduct meetings with key decision-makers
Prepare and negotiate proposals
Secure contracts to meet revenue targets
Strategic Business Development (10%)
Co-develop and refine market strategies
Optimize sales tools and processes
Adapt global initiatives for the local market
Market Presence (10%)
Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs
Organize and participate in networking events
Build relationships with key influencers
Enhance company reputation in the area assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client relationships
Handle account operations including customer service and forecasting
Coordinate with headquarters for product ordering and service delivery
Represent company at industry events
What you can bring to us
Bachelors degree
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Poland.
Proven track record in B2G/B2B sales preferably with disruptive technologies (Technical sales)
Experience managing sales agent networks
Polish and English conversational proficiency enabling effective participation in trainings and regular communication with Head Office
Extensive hands-on field sales experience including direct customer engagement
Highly organized results-driven and customer-focused with strong adaptability to a fast-growing company and dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel regularly within the Poland.
