Mission:

The Technical Specialist is supporting in the operational management of the Fonroche Hub:

Photometric studies.
Warehouse work
Possible travel throughout the country and CEE Region (after-sales service client deliveries client meetings)

What we expect from you to excel in this role :

Key Responsibilities

Logistics / Stock Management:

Maintain rigorous tracking of theoretical and physical stock levels.
Oversee the preparation of customer orders from picking to loading.
Supervise and/or actively participate in material loading/unloading operations.
Monitor client deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Manage and archive shipping documentation and delivery records.

Design Office / After-Sales Service (SAV):

Provide technical support to the sales team on operational matters.
Customize solar lighting projects and draft technical documentation.
Perform after-sales interventions such as battery or PV replacements at height.
Attend client meetings and participate in training workshops organized by Fonroche in Poland.
Train installers on the installation of Fonroche solar streetlights.

Safety Management:

Ensure compliance with safety standards within the warehouse (SSI).
Maintain clear and accessible emergency exits at all times.
Conduct periodic checks on emergency exit signage meeting points and fire extinguishers.
Promote ongoing safety awareness among the Polish team addressing topics such as driving speed alcohol use and the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in the warehouse.

What you can bring to us

3 year of working experience in a similar job.
Technical background.
You interest in learning how to dimension projects - photometric studies in Dialux.
You will use our ERP SAGE software for stock management.
Your interest in warehouse management and control a lift platform.
Certifications:
- Mobile Elevating Work Platform Operator
- Risk Prevention
- Working at Heights
Communication skills (oral and written) in Polish and English.
