We are excited to announce an opening for a Maths Second in Department to join our team at our expanding academy as we welcome our next cohort of students in September. The successful candidate will be an experienced Maths Teacher who is enthusiastic about embracing new ideas demonstrates a positive attitude and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.

As Maths Second in Department you will be capable of planning and delivering a dynamic and engaging curriculum while keeping up-to-date with the latest curriculum developments. Our Curriculum Intent can be viewedhere.

Our Maths Second in Department will support the Head of Department and wider team by:

• Contributing to the departments development plan ensuring effective implementation.
• Ensuring an appropriateand ambitious curriculum embedded across all key stages.
• Assistingin the development of the curriculumdevelopment toensure the continued relevance to the needs of pupils examining and awarding bodies and the Academys Aims and Development Planobjectives.
