Actividades:
- Responsable coordinar la habilitación hacia las personas clave de los procesos/ funciones de la organización para ejecutar proyectos de Mejora Continua.
- Fomenta una cultura de Mejora Continua por medio de la colaboración y soporte hacia las áreas funcionales del negocio.
- Asegura la correcta alineación entre las prioridades del negocio y los proyectos de Mejora en coordinación con los líderes funcionales.
- Apoyar a las funciones en el desarrollo de sus proyectos asegurando el entendimiento y aplicación de las herramientas y la metodología de Lean Six Sigma.
Requisitos:
- Formación: Ingeniería Industrial Ingeniero Mecánico Administrador o afín
- 3 años de experiencia en Mejora Continua
- Dominio en metodología Lean Six Sigma
- Inglés avanzado
