Job Summary

Program Manager Healthcare Growth & Strategic Initiatives


Organisation: HN Reliance Foundation Hospital Mumbai


Role Purpose


Lead strategic healthcare growth programs from a marketing and business perspective focusing on scaling revenue growth through doctor consultations/expert opinion platforms digital commerce initiatives new programs and initiatives.

The role aims to drive patient acquisition revenue growth and integrated care delivery while strengthening brand leadership.


Eligibility Criteria

-Doctor or healthcare/hospital management professional preferred

-Postgraduate qualification (MBA Marketing MBA Healthcare MBBS or equivalent) from

Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution

-Minimum 45 years experience in hospital ecosystem or healthcare program management

-Exposure to tertiary hospital ecosystems and healthcare growth initiatives preferred


Key Responsibilities

-Drive growth of OPD consultations second-opinion services teleconsultation and specialty growth programs.

-Build long term strategic initiatives and support development and scale-up of healthcare e-commerce platforms (pharmacy diagnostics health at home wellness and other services).


Strategic Growth Programs

-Plan build and execute new healthcare initiatives based on organisational priorities

-Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with clinical strengths and organisational priorities.

-Work with cross functional departments to drive efficiency and conversions


Performance Tracking & Insights

-Monitor KPIs such as consultation volumes digital engagement platform adoption and revenue impact.

-Provide actionable insights and dashboards for leadership decision-making.


Cross-Functional Program Execution

-Coordinate with clinical teams operations marketing digital IT and finance to ensure seamless execution.

-Maintain strong focus on patient experience operational efficiency and commercial sustainability.
