The Broker Relationship Manager is part of our growth team. You will develop and maintain relationships with health plan brokers and agencies. The focus of these relationships is on aligning prospective patients with the value-based care model offered through our primary care centers.

The Broker Relationship Managers responsibilities include:

  • You will focus on personal sales targets and troubleshoot specific customer problems.

  • You will meet targets through cultivation of new client relationships and development of productive relationships with existing clients.

  • You will prepare sales presentations contracts and proposals subject to review by supervisor. May participate in special projects as assigned such as training or communication sessions within or outside of the company.

  • You will maximize revenues from sales of our products and services through a base of reseller partners on specific assigned channels and vertical markets.

  • You will recruit potential channel partners including systems integrators value-added resellers (VARs) distributors dealers or retailers.
  • You will support partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities including marketing advertising sales promotions and training to achieve revenue targets. Begin to influence departments strategy.

  • You will decide on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components and perform work without direction.

  • You will develop sales territory attracting and driving new business following a strategic territory plan.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in the healthcare industry focusing on our Medicare population

  • Health Insurance License

  • Experience meeting/exceeding targets in a sales organization

  • Direct experience driving sales results with health plan brokers or agencies

  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce) to track activity and manage outcomes

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience in the Medicare industry preferably in a sales role

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills knowledge experience education certifications etc.


$70000 - $95500 per year


This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
