Area Sales Manager
Your main responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Area modernization sales strategy to drive revenue growth portfolio segmentation and pricing strategy
- Develop and manage high-performing Modernization Sales teams setting KPIs coaching and ensuring consistent process execution
- Own forecasting pipeline health CRM data quality and accountability for sales performance
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers consultants GCs and property owners to drive conversions and portfolio upgrades
- Analyze market trends competitor activity and technology shifts to identify opportunities and gaps
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations Engineering Finance Marketing and Product teams to ensure executable profitable proposals and aligned offerings
- Represent the company at industry events and forums while defining go-to-market modernization strategies for the Area
This role can be seated in Chicago Pittsburgh & Dallas.
What you bring
- Bachelors degree required
- 5 years of sales experience required with experience in elevator modernization sales preferred
- Minimum of 2 years people leadership experience
- Strong presentation written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
