As a Communications and Operations Specialist Senior within PNCs Marketing and Communications team you will help shape and deliver communications that position PNC Technology as a key driver of business growth and a cornerstone of PNCs Brilliantly Boring brand. This proactive detail-oriented communicator thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering clear accurate and strategically aligned messages. The specialist manages and improves project management systemsincluding intake editorial calendars and reporting dashboardswhile supporting planning research and development of communications across channels and topics. By collecting and synthesizing data to identify trends and boost productivity the specialist drives operational excellence and supports the teams success. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and coordination with legal compliance finance risk and other key partners are essential to ensure clarity accuracy and alignment in all communications.

Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of experience with planning and organizing project management and process management.
Strong business writing skills including copywriting and editing.
Working knowledge of media and communications channel management.
Demonstrates strong business data analysis skills and is highly techsavvy.
Applies excellent problemsolving abilities and critical thinking to resolve challenges efficiently and improve processes.
Shows consistent flexibility and adaptability when navigating changing priorities new technologies and fastpaced work environments.

Job Description

  • Helps design develop produce and consult on a variety of internal and external communications.
  • Supports the planning and research for - and development of - communications.
  • Helps ensure clarity accuracy and strategic alignment of message on all aspects of a communication.
  • Proactively collects and synthesizes data in order to identify trends. Readily identifies tactical implications.
  • Actively participates on cross-functional teams helps influence outcomes and evaluates success as appropriate. This includes following established processes and protocols for reviews and approvals including coordination with legal compliance finance risk and / or other key partners.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45000.00 $119600.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location market data and on individual skills experience and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company business and/or individual performance.
