The Position

As a Portfolio Integrator & Delivery Management Leader you will be responsible for aligning our data and analytics portfolio with business needs managing resources and financials and ensuring projects deliver significant business impact. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and make a tangible difference in global health.

What will you do

  • Continuously align the D&A portfolio actively engaging with business stakeholders to understand their most pressing needs and translating those needs into a clear prioritized portfolio of data projects.
  • Manage a value-based prioritization framework using metrics like potential ROI time-to-value and strategic importance to facilitate difficult trade-off decisions ensuring resources are allocated to the projects that will deliver the most significant business impact.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for project intake ensuring all new D&A project requests from the division flow through this role.
  • Oversee resource management and optimization.
  • Manage financials and chargeback processes.
  • Manage the PoC PoV & Experimentations both from CDO product internally and from the division including defining the what and why.
  • Track internal resources and ensure work is focused on prioritized items that matter most.
  • Enable the business based on the case including crowd-sourcing new capabilities building on existing features and developing new features.
  • Oversee major responsibilities including portfolio management PoC management crowd sourcing & tracking and shared service across division squads of common roles.
  • Responsible for OKR orchestration across CDO.
  • Set up and manage the Value Realization framework.


Qualifications skills & experience required

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in portfolio management resource management and financial management.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in leading implementation of value-based prioritization frameworks and metrics such as ROI and time-to-value.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and make strategic trade-off decisions.
  • Experience with OKR orchestration and value realization frameworks.


Nice to have

  • At least 5 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with data and analytics initiatives.
  • Background in managing PoC PoV and experimentation projects.
  • Knowledge of crowd-sourcing capabilities and shared service models.
