What youll build
You will help build the next generation of SAP Business AI for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) embedding LLMs predictive forecasting agents and RAG directly into SAPs financial core.
Our vision is to transform Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) into a decisionintelligence hub that unifies data across finance supply chain and HR. Through agentic workflows and generative insights we enable organizations to not only predict the future but to shape it ensuring that every financial decision is grounded in deep cross-functional context and global compliance. This AInative approach turns finance teams into strategic partners who can predict and shape future outcomes.
As a greenfield initiative youll help define the technical architecture from scratch. Supported by SAPs latest technologies Business Technology Platform SAP Analytics Cloud and Business AI youll decide how to combine them into a categorydefining product.
Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of scalable back-end services that process massive volumes of financial data.
- Own your features from concept to production focusing on resilience and the long-term maintainability of the codebase.
- Contribute to systems that ensure data accuracy reliability and performance
- Support the core services that connect different parts of the application
- Help integrate the core platform with AIpowered services learning how systems communicate and share data
- Learn and apply best practices for resilient and reliable software in production environments
- Write clean maintainable code with a focus on longterm stability and continuous improvement
What you bring
- 2-5 years of professional experience.
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fields.
- Proven skills in one or more programming languages
- Solid software engineering fundamentals: clean code testing Git/GitHub.
- Fluent English and a collaborative growthoriented mindset.
Nice to have but not a must
- JavaScript front-end or web programming skills
- Exposure cloud platforms (Azure ML Databricks AWS or GCP).
- Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes and Linux.
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps workflows (GitHub Actions Jenkins).
- Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps and tools like MLflow.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals: clean code testing Git/GitHub.
