Job Summary:
The CS Specialist will serve key customers by collecting information managing all commercial processes from quote to order confirmation and monitoring deliveries. They will act as the focal point for ongoing issues and play an essential role in ensuring high satisfaction among our companys key customers..
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: maintaining records filing documents
- Issue quotations and enter customer orders
- Prepare and issue order confirmations
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and act as the focal point for ongoing needs
- Follow up on logistics and deliveries from vendors
- Issue delivery orders and ensure on-time delivery
- Support the QA process with customers using SAP
- Liaise with all support teams to provide timely and accurate answers to customers
- Communicate customer needs and feedback to management
- Share ideas and drive initiatives to enhance customer service support levels
- Direct Procurement
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Organized and focused with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize effectively
- Self-disciplined and proactive in task execution
- Responsible and highly accountable ensuring reliability in all duties
- Experienced in Operation and customer support tasks using SAP systems
- Strong interpersonal communication skills fostering collaboration across teams
- Proven multi-tasking ability in fast-paced environments
- Resilient under pressure capable of supporting dynamic market operations
- Advanced English communication skills both verbal and written
- High proficiency and at least two years of SAP hands on of various Operational modules and tasks
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- BA in /operation/ admin Or related
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 1 years experience as a hands-on operation support
- Minimum 6 years of Experience in Customer Support role
- At least 2 years working in an industrial international b-b company preferably high-volume high mix parts.
- At least 2-3 Years experience with using SAP for Various Operations tasks/modules
- Experience Using SAP for Various Commercial tasks/modules
- Prior experience assisting in daily business operations including scheduling reporting and workflow coordination.
- Logistics & Supply Chain: Hands-on involvement in inventory handling shipment tracking or vendor coordination.
- Customer & Stakeholder Interaction: Experience handling client queries preparing documentation and supporting service and delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve day-to-day Customers issues in fast-paced environments.
