MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To evaluate and enhance clients and their families experience to improve health outcomes whilst building the brand of Mediclinic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Coordinate clients experience using client experience data to facilitate improvement initiatives
- Manage client compliments & complaints to ensure service improvement
- Assist with marketing and communication campaign initiatives to increase customer engagement and brand awareness
- Assist with & coordinate events that achieve the event goal and result in a successful and well-organised experience
- Provide relevant office administration functions
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
Tertiary Education
DESIRED EDUCATION:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in human sciences (Majors in Communication Nursing Social Work or Psychology)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
2 years experience in service-oriented and human sciences environment/operations
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in the healthcare and service industry
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Relevant Client Experience policies and procedures
- Patient Journey Principles
- Competent in the utilisation and application of all client experience-related administration and survey systems
- Budget and cost control principles
- Relevant computer software packages including Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and application of Mediclinic Marketing Strategies Policies and Procedures
