MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support and execute strategic initiatives in doctor referral and relationship management practice development and doctor recruitment. The role ensures the integrity of doctor master data enhances stakeholder engagement supports referral network growth and ensures doctor satisfaction through information management communication and ongoing performance evaluation.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration (NQF 6)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Referral Management systems (e.g. SHRM).
- Valid drivers license (due to travel requirements).
DESIRED EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field
- Certification in Project or Stakeholder Management.
- Training in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence platforms.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certificate and/or Healthcare Services Management Certificate
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years experience in a healthcare coordination referral or stakeholder management role.
- Experience with CRM/database systems and doctor master data management.
- Exposure to referral network development and stakeholder communication.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience working in a hospital environment or private healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of national CPD programme coordination and compliance structures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Doctor Relations Management:Monitor doctor feedback via SHRM; distribute bed-days sold reports; assist in DRM recruitment and workshop planning.
- Information Management:Administer SHRM; first-level SHRM support; supports DRMs with data mining trend analysis and system training; ensures accuracy of doctor master data; maintains accurate master doctor data across platforms including EBX ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Communications: Manage doctor communications per platform; maintain events calendar and doctor query resolution; maintain integrity of doctor profiles.
- Practice Development: Monitor practice development actions; assist DRMs with practice establishment; provide referral analysis.
- Referral Management: Evaluate referral network expansion; coordinate referral plans and reports; monitor referral patterns and motivate DRMs.
- Continuous Quality Management: Monitor DRM adherence; support performance management and regional visits; share best practices.
- Systems & Platform Maintenance: Maintain accuracy of data across DRM systems and portals; on-board/off-board DRM staff; provide technical training.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure client expectations are met; maintain professional ethics; support a service-driven culture.
- Research & Insights: Conduct doctor surveys; gather feedback; report competitor activity and actionable field intelligence.
- Doctor Sourcing & Recruitment: Assist in recruitment identify new PO opportunities and succession planning; align with recruitment policies
- Financial Oversight: Monitor cost-centre reports; clarify variances; ensure cost-effective delivery.
