Stream is our Global Graduate Programme (GGP) a two-year developmentjourney starting in September 2026. The GGP is designed to expand your skills and values providing a well-defined track for rapid career growth and other words a chance to define your future!

In Székesfehérvár this year we are particularly looking for a person with Product & Technology Development (Engineering) background.

What is the programme about

Designed to prepare you for your next career step the programme consists of three eight-month rotations to accelerate your growth and unlock your potential.

In each rotation you will be working on a specific project under the management of a Project Owner and a team of Grundfos employees. During this project you will contribute to a real challenge found in the business

You will be part of a global community of Global Graduates coming together as a group several times over the course of the programme both online and in person. You will for example travel to Denmark to visit our headquarters experience Grundfos history and be a part of its future.

What are the requirements for applying

To apply for the Stream Global Graduate Programme in Hungary we expect you to have:

A Bachelors degree. (Graduation latest by June 2026)
Masters degree is considered as an advantage
A maximum of two years of relevant experience after graduation.
The ability to create a significant impact with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A comprehensive analytical competency with digital and customer-centric mindset and flair for technology and digitalisation.
Effective communication skills and excellent written and spoken English.
A valid work permit for Hungary.
The location for this programme in Hungary is Székesfehérvár.
