This is a key position to bridge the customer requirements towards the engineering and development this context product manager will define build test roll out and continuously improve high quality solutions for reliable and efficient connectivity of elevators and escalators.

Product Development:

1. Multiple Project implementation of NI transformation products
2. Align coordinate follow up and implement the projects with CFT with a target timeline

Configuration:

1. Sales tool expertise:
   1. Continuous contact with NI management for upgrades
   2. Test and release the updates for the tool
   3. Report issues based on feedback from field for solutions
   4. Knowhow on the tool to resolved errors or queries from the field sales
   5. Handheld experience in SAP
2. Communicate well and on time to the NI sales team for any changes feedbacks and new initiatives.

Field Support:

1. Product issues from field to be addressed along with CFT and necessary support to be provided.
2. Documentation to be maintained and communicated to the sales and fulfilment team for ease of operations
3. Monthly reports on NI products based on reviews and feedbacks to be generated. This would help in long term monitoring and maintain quality.

Sales and Pricing strategy:

1. Business understanding and requirement for NI products based on which the calls can be taken for the implementation
2. Generate Pricing strategy and support to RMs BDMs and Sales force for best sell possible.
3. Create strategy and plan w.r.t available NI products to enhance sales push
4. Identify and implement new projects for NI sales/fulfilment with NI management based on feedback from field.
5. Add and make available optional packages for NI sales to create a USP in field against competitors

Marketing and other initiatives:

1. Create marketing campaign along with the marketing team by generating videos brochures pamphlets offers etc
2. Active involvement in quality CR CCQL meetings for product improvement.

Qualifications
Further we are looking for the following qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Exposure to product development throughout the whole development lifecycle will be beneficial.

• Good understanding of elevator technology.
• Experience in establishing product roadmaps strategies release and project plans with a thorough understanding of dependency management
• Ability to balance multiple initiatives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Fluent in English
