Job Summary
Community Resource Network of Floridais looking fora caregiverwho is fun compassionate dependable and is committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their best life.
We are seeking a reliable caregiver to support a male individual help with daily living activities personal hygiene and supervision in community outings.
This is an independent contract position and pays$16.00 per hour
Schedule: 4 hours on Fridays flexible.
You will be a good fitfor thisposition if you:

- Demonstrate patience and compassion
Responsibilities and Duties you can expect in the role:
- Encouraging and supporting the individualduring homeactivities
- Assisting with personal hygiene tasks
- Meal preparation and light cleaning
- Ensuringindividualssafety and maintaining a safe living environment
- Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events community outings such as grocery shopping and appointments
- Promote communication choiceindependence and socialization
- Complete daily progress notes
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening
- Provide1 year of caregiving experience
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Have aValid Driverlicense
- Are 18 years of age or older
- HHA certification required
