As part of our Warfare Systems group you will be at the heart of the data evolution supporting high-stakes missions in cyber operations electronic warfare and C5ISR systems.

We are looking for a powerhouseLead Program Cost Control Analyst to serve as a technical linchpin for our most complex government contracts and lead complex program financial planning forecasting and Earned Value Management (EVMS). This isnt just about spreadsheetsits about driving the financial performance and compliance that allows our engineers to build the worlds most advanced defense technology.

How Youll Make an Impact

• Command the Portfolio: Lead a high-performing team of six Project Control Analysts managing a massive portfolio exceeding $140M in annual revenue.
• Drive Financial Excellence: Mastermind the development of EVMS-Lite cost/schedule integration and baseline management to ensure mission success.
• Strategic Advisory: Partner directly with Program Managers and CAMS to navigate diverse contract types from cutting-edge Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) research to Firm Fixed Price (FFP) development and production efforts.
• Insightful Analysis: Dont just report data - own it. You will identify root causes of variances drive action plans and prepare critical Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMDAR).
• Mentorship: Shape the next generation of financial professionals by coaching analysts on EVMS best practices and Deltek Costpoint mastery.

You will be required to work a hybrid schedule and be onsite at our Syracuse NY location three (3) days per week.
