Position Type:Part-Time or Full-Time benefits eligible position
Position Type:Full-Timebenefits eligible position includes a $10000 bonus.
Shift:Nights (NOC) 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM or Evenings 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
Position Type:Part-Timebenefits eligible position includes a $5000 bonus.
Shifts:
Every other weekend Days: 6:30am - 3:00pm
Evenings 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
Wage: $27.89 - $36.26 per hour (based on experience)
Location: 930 West 16th Street Hastings MN 55033
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Develops implements and evaluates resident care plans.
- Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
- Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
- Maintains respectful professional interactions with residents families and staff.
- Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
- Documents care using electronic charting systems.
- Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
