  • Expert knowledge of FMLA CFRA PDL ADA Workers Compensation and personal leaves
  • End-to-end LOA case management and documentation
  • ADA interactive process management and accommodation coordination
  • Workers Compensation coordination with third-party administrators
  • Employee and manager consultation on complex LOA matters
  • Strong Excel skills and reporting/analytics experience
  • Ability to manage high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • HR certifications (PHR SPHR or CEBS)
  • Process improvement and automation enhancement experience
  • Trend analysis and program optimization experience
  • Experience managing Alternative Duty Programs (ADP)

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage and administer all leave of absence cases in compliance with federal state and organizational policies
  • Serve as subject matter expert for LOA programs including FMLA CFRA PDL ADA and Workers Compensation
  • Coordinate Workers Compensation claims from initial filing through closure and transitions between leave types
  • Lead ADA interactive process meetings and manage work restrictions and return-to-work planning
  • Develop and maintain LOA reports trend analysis and data-driven recommendations
  • Educate employees and managers on leave options documentation and return-to-work processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of LOA experience (FMLA CFRA PDL ADA and Workers Compensation)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong skills in Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent multitasking skills in a high-volume fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
