Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and administer all leave of absence cases in compliance with federal state and organizational policies
- Serve as subject matter expert for LOA programs including FMLA CFRA PDL ADA and Workers Compensation
- Coordinate Workers Compensation claims from initial filing through closure and transitions between leave types
- Lead ADA interactive process meetings and manage work restrictions and return-to-work planning
- Develop and maintain LOA reports trend analysis and data-driven recommendations
- Educate employees and managers on leave options documentation and return-to-work processes
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 5 years of LOA experience (FMLA CFRA PDL ADA and Workers Compensation)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong skills in Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent multitasking skills in a high-volume fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
