Previous Nike experience HIGHLY preferred due to short engagement length; those candidates will be experience in the apparel industry will be preferred
ETW will support 1 strategic project (apparel classification playbook - how to manage a line of apparel that goes across multiple sports); can expect to help with building a lot of slide decks; will also provide ad hoc support to the head of Nike apparel
Will work directly with the product strategy team cross functionally with Nike apparel LT

The nature of the work is focused on short-term or long-term business direction goals processes and purchases. General Analysis: Develops strategic plan(s) to ensure the continued successful growth and profitability. Conducts environmental scans organizational positioning analyses and other studies. Identifies investigates evaluates and negotiates acquisitions/divestitures licensing opportunities and strategic business alliances that are in line with the organizations long-range goals. Strategic Business Planning Process: Drive a planning process in which all gates and dates are clearly understood and that result in all Corporate planning deliverables being met. Monitor factors that would indicate the need for redirection of strategy. Measurement: Lead the process of developing strategic initiatives and objectives for the current year and the 3-year Strategic Plan at the Regional Level and work with business units/functions to ensure objectives are aligned and integrated; Identify relevant measures and drive accountability for on-going performance against business and strategic objectives by preparing for and help leading Quarterly Business Review process
