About the Role:

You will provide essential administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the Transport fleet and vehicle maintenance service. The role involves maintaining accurate records supporting customers and colleagues and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.

The post holder is expected to thrive in a busy environment demonstrate the organisations values and contribute positively to the Fleet Management team.

About the Candidate:

You will be organised accurate and confident working in a small busy team and possess strong communication skills both facetoface and over the phone and be comfortable managing a varied workload.

A good standard of numeracy literacy and IT capability is essential for this role.

Knowledge of transport operations or driving licence legislation is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

Flexibility to work across locations and occasionally outside traditional hours is expected.
