Job Description

As an Account Manager for our Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring (H&AM) business you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for all our regional customers (public and private healthcare institutions) to drive significant commercial growth profitability and customer loyalty.

You will lead advanced commercial strategies and participate in highstakes negotiations within the regional sector (Burgundy Franche-Comté Alps). You will join a multidisciplinary team based in the Lyon area.

Your responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key stakeholders aligning solutions with customer objectives.
  • Lead crossfunctional collaboration to deliver customized and innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct highvalue negotiations and secure strategic agreements that support sustainable growth.
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to identify trends opportunities and risks and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial processes quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to senior executives and decisionmakers clearly articulating value propositions.
  • Support and coach junior Account Managers fostering a highperformance culture and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to transformation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency customer experience and business results.

You are the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in sales marketing biomedical engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience (for bachelors degree holders) in customer relationship management business development or account management ideally in the healthcare sector even better with experience in patient monitoring & Health IT.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial targets in the medical devices market OR no experience required for Masters degree holders.

En tant quAccount Manager pour notre activité Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring (H&AM) vous serez responsable de lélaboration et de lexécution de plans stratégiques pour lensemble de nos clients régionaux (Etablissements de Santé publics et privés) afin de stimuler une croissance commerciale significative la rentabilité et la fidélité client.

Vous serez en charge de piloter des stratégies commerciales avancées et participer à des négociations à fort enjeu sur le secteur régional (Bourgogne Franche Comté Alpes). Vous intégrerez une équipe multidisciplinaire basée en région lyonnaise.

Vos missions

  • Établir et entretenir des relations de confiance avec les parties prenantes clés en alignant les solutions sur les objectifs clients.
  • Piloter la collaboration interfonctionnelle pour proposer des solutions sur-mesure et innovantes qui améliorent la satisfaction client.
  • Mener des négociations à forte valeur et sécuriser des accords stratégiques soutenant une croissance durable.
  • Réaliser des analyses de marché et de la concurrence pour identifier tendances opportunités et risques et alimenter la planification stratégique.
  • Veiller au respect des processus commerciaux des normes qualité et des exigences réglementaires.
  • Présenter de manière convaincante devant un public de cadres dirigeants et décideurs en articulant clairement les propositions de valeur.
  • Accompagner et coacher les Account Managers juniors en favorisant une culture de haute performance et dapprentissage continu.
  • Contribuer à des projets de transformation visant à améliorer lefficacité opérationnelle lexpérience client et les résultats business.

Profil recherché

  • Bac 3 / Bac 5 en vente marketing génie biomédical ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 2 ans dexpérience (si titulaire dun Bac3) dans la gestion de la relation client le développement commercial le management de comptes idéalement dans le secteur de la santé encore mieux si expérience en monitoring patient & Health IT.
  • Expérience avérée datteinte dobjectifs commerciaux sur le marché des dispositifs médicauxOUpas dexpérience exigée pour les titulaires dun Master.
