We are seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation therapy services in a skilled nursing environment. This is a short-term contract position with guaranteed hours ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience or supplement their schedule.
Responsibilities-
Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing patient care plans.

Provide skilled rehabilitation therapy to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations standards and facility protocols.

Support patient mobility activities of daily living and functional outcomes under supervision.

Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

Current and active state license required.

Less than 1 year of experience acceptable; recent graduates encouraged to apply.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
