Job Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Application Developer (Apex LWC Integrations 14 years exp)

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid - Local candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Key Responsibilities

Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs consulting with users and studying systems flow data usage and work processes
Investigate problem areas and provide technical solutions
Determine and design system specifications standards and programming solutions
Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and ensure deliverables meet the teams definition of done
Perform hands-on Salesforce development configuration and customization
Support applications across multiple environments
Conduct coding testing peer reviews documentation defect root cause analysis and troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution delivery and ongoing unit operations
Provide on-call support as required

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in Salesforce development including:
- Apex programming
- Visualforce pages
- Apex triggers
- Aura Components
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Configuration-based solutions (Flows Process Builder Workflow Rules)
Strong experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) coding standards change control and version management
Proven ability to assess Salesforce architecture and deliver secure high-performance technical solutions on the platform
Comprehensive experience with end-to-end Salesforce implementations including:
- Classic to Lightning migrations
- Data migrations
- Systems integrations
- Third-party application integrations
- Custom development
Experience implementing authentication protocols such as OAuth for third-party integrations
Strong foundation in core web technologies:
- HTML5
- JavaScript
- jQuery
- REST and SOAP web services
- JSON and XML
Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with DevOps technologies and CI/CD pipelines
Experience using build and deployment tools such as Flosum and Git
Experience creating custom Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
Experience working within Agile Software Development methodologies
