Client seeks a detail oriented post trade operations professional with extensive experience supporting clearing settlement regulatory reporting and exception management across multiple asset classes. The ideal candidate has a strong background working within large financial institutions managing control frameworks validating trade activity coordinating with custodians and counterparties and supporting regulatory and risk oversight functions. This role is operations focused and requires hands on experience in reconciliation confirmations and post trade settlement controls.

The Operations Consultant is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency accuracy and full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The key role in regulatory reporting audit coordination anti-money laundering compliance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations and transactions are processed in a timely accurate and compliant manner including authorization of services
  • Conduct testing to determine the validity and operating effectiveness of transactions.
  • Audit confirmations; accommodate requests and inquiries during audits compliance testing and regulatory inspections.
  • Implement and comply with AML requirements in daily operations including timely reporting of Cash Transaction Reports (CTR) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) to the Compliance Department.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports to regulators and relevant internal departments.
  • Perform Nostro account reconciliation and intraday liquidity management; monitor and control suspense accounts.



    Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Financial industry
  • Strong knowledge of operational procedures and local regulatory requirements including MORB Manual of FX
  • Familiarity with domestic clearing and payment systems and SWIFT messaging.
