PAY RATE: $78/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Develop and verify test methods for electrical/electronic systems

• Create detailed test procedures instrumentation setups and configuration definitions to meet test plan objectives and minimize risk

• Implement solutions to calibration system problems of limited scope

• Design test hardware software and systems to meet test requirements

• Use analytical tools to verify designs and performance

• Analyze process and format test data according to customer requirements

• Review test data including off-nominal results for accuracy quality and fidelity

• Read and interpret electrical diagrams

• Troubleshoot electrical systems

• Prepare and publish test reports documenting results and requirements satisfaction

• Present test results internally and to customers as required

• Archive data and reports following standards

• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance (not required to start)

• Bachelors degree with 5 years engineering experience or Masters degree with 3 years engineering experience or PhD with relevant experience in an engineering discipline

• ABET-accredited programs preferred but not required

• Bachelors Masters or Doctorate of Science degree in Engineering Electrical Engineering Computer Science Mathematics Physics or Chemistry from an accredited institution

• 1 year of experience with electrical and electronic technologies

• 1 year of experience using computer-aided design (CAD) and simulation tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
