We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain Secret clearance after hiring

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Build and assemble components and structural assemblies using hand/power tools and precision instruments.

• Perform drilling bonding fastening riveting and other mechanical operations on structural assemblies.

• Install wire harnesses tubing and other components per specifications.

• Modify existing assemblies as needed.

• Troubleshoot and repair components or assemblies during production.

• Maintain accurate records of completed work inspections and non-conformances.

• Follow safety procedures quality standards and configuration control.

• Work with engineers to suggest design improvements and process enhancements.

• Execute work through work orders designs and technical procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain Secret clearance after hiring

• Technical diploma associate degree or equivalent experience in aircraft maintenance machine trades or manufacturing technologies.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Composites titanium sheet metal

  • Riveting fastening wiring tubing

  • Basic machining operations

• Familiarity with technical drawings blueprints and specifications.

• Use of tooling such as torque wrenches countersinks drills deburring tools and calibrated instruments.

• Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and effective communication.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
