We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain Secret clearance after hiring

Summary:

Build and assemble components and structural assemblies using hand/power tools and precision instruments.
Perform drilling bonding fastening riveting and other mechanical operations on structural assemblies.
Install wire harnesses tubing and other components per specifications.
Modify existing assemblies as needed.
Troubleshoot and repair components or assemblies during production.
Maintain accurate records of completed work inspections and non-conformances.
Follow safety procedures quality standards and configuration control.
Work with engineers to suggest design improvements and process enhancements.
Execute work through work orders designs and technical procedures.

Requirements:

Must be able to obtain Secret clearance after hiring
Technical diploma associate degree or equivalent experience in aircraft maintenance machine trades or manufacturing technologies.
Hands-on experience with:
- Composites titanium sheet metal
- Riveting fastening wiring tubing
- Basic machining operations
Familiarity with technical drawings blueprints and specifications.
Use of tooling such as torque wrenches countersinks drills deburring tools and calibrated instruments.
Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and effective communication.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

Certifications such as A&P or specialty technical training.
Advanced or specialized experience in aerospace manufacturing or maintenance.
