Job Summary

Title: RM - ServiceNow Telecom Developer
Location: Reston VA (Onsite)
Schedule: 40 hours per week

POSITION OVERVIEW Joining the Communications Media & Technology (CMT) group at a Level 9 seniority this developer will focus on high-level application development within the ServiceNow Telecom framework. The mission is to build and configure innovative solutions that meet complex business processes for major telecom clients while serving as a subject matter expert for the delivery team.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications (OMT TSOM TSM TNI) based on architect designs.
Build and maintain workflows business rules client scripts and UI policies within the platform.
Integrate ServiceNow with external enterprise systems using Integration Hub APIs and web services.
Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure performance and functionality.
Perform system upgrades patches and maintenance while monitoring for performance bottlenecks.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.
