Senior Full Stack Engineer

Core Responsibilities
Architect develop and deploy high-quality scalable and secure full-stack applications using and PostgreSQL.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with Product UX QA and Operations teams.
Provide technical leadership mentor developers establish coding standards conduct design reviews and contribute to technical roadmaps.
Front-End Engineering
Build responsive accessible and component-driven user interfaces using React Hooks and Context/Redux.
Implement routing form handling and accessibility best practices (WCAG).
Optimize front-end performance and maintain a robust design system.
Develop with TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6) and React Router.
Back-End Engineering
Design and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Implement microservices architectures.
Handle asynchronous processing using queues and events.
Implement middleware error handling rate limiting caching (Redis) and async patterns.
Ensure system observability through logging metrics and tracing.
Database Ownership
Design and model relational database schemas in PostgreSQL.
Write performant SQL queries and optimize indexes.
Manage migrations using tools such as Knex Sequelize or Prisma.
Ensure transactions data integrity and performance tuning.
Quality & Reliability
Drive automated testing strategies including unit integration contract and end-to-end testing.
Use tools such as Jest React Testing Library Mocha/Chai Cypress and Playwright.
Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality using tools like SonarQube.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and release governance.
Security & Compliance
Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2 OIDC and JWT.
Apply secure coding practices and mitigate risks aligned with OWASP Top 10.
Support security and compliance requirements including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 practices.
Cloud & DevOps Collaboration
Containerize workloads using Docker.
Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP).
Collaborate on Kubernetes or serverless deployments.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
Observability & Performance
Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus Grafana ELK/EFK and OpenTelemetry.
Optimize performance using CDN strategies SSR/SSG () Web Vitals and profiling tools.
Data & Messaging
Work with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Implement change data capture and data pipelines.
Ways of Working
Operate in Agile/Scrum environments with story sizing estimation and collaboration across distributed teams.
Demonstrate strong communication skills ownership mindset and the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers.
Nice to Have
Infrastructure as Code experience with Kubernetes Helm and Terraform.
Domain experience in CBG BFSI or other high-throughput transactional systems.
