Job Summary

Job Description:

Agentic System Design: Develop autonomous context aware and multiagent systems capable of reasoning planning and tool utilization.

LLM RAG Integration: Build and optimize RAG pipelines including chunking embeddings vector search and reranking to improve agent accuracy.

Agentic Framework: Development Use frameworks like Lang Chain Lang Graph or Auto-Gen to create reusable agentic components and skills.

Production Deployment ML Ops: Deploy agentic AI solutions to cloud platforms AWS GCP ensuring scalability reliability and low latency.

Evaluation Optimization Implement evaluation pipelines for agent performance and refine prompts or finetune models to enhance decision-making.

Collaboration Work with cross functional teams Product Data Engineering to translate complex business needs into autonomous workflows.

Required Skills Qualifications:

Core AI ML Experience: 3 years in ML engineering specifically with LLMs agents or complex automation.

Frameworks Libraries: Proficiency in Lang Chain Lang Graph Auto Gen Hugging Face and Vector Databases eg Pinecone Milvus.

Programming: Strong Python skills for data manipulation and model development.

Production Engineering: Experience with CICD Docker Kubernetes and Cloud Services AWS or GCP or Azure.

Education: BS or MS in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
