At RA our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Aquatics team! This role plays a vital part in ensuring our pools and aquatic programs run efficiently and meet our Service Standards: Safe Clean Friendly Fun. Youll work closely with professional staff to support hiring scheduling event coordination and customer service across our facilities.
As an Administrative Assistant you will support the daily operations of the Aquatics department. You will work closely with and support the full-time Staffing Coordinator to ensure staff coverage across all 15 facilities. This position assists with managing staff scheduling software system and serving as additional point of contact for schedule inquiries from pool staff.
This position will assist in facilitation of Aquatics staff orientations including tracking orientation attendance and coordinating uniform orders for staff.
Additional responsibilities include data entry and tracking for pool usage benchmarking and maintaining internal Aquatics staff website.
Will be involved in special events as assigned by supervisor and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
This position offers 35-40 hours per week from May September with evening and weekend shifts occasionally required to support department operations and special events. These hours depend on operational needs and are subject to change.
Aquatics Seasonal Leadership staff are required to attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions as discussed during the interview process. The position is allowed 10-days of unpaid vacation time in addition to your regularly scheduled days off and no more than 7 consecutive vacation days may be taken at one time.
Hourly wage will be based on the candidates experience education and overall fit for the role.
