Merribek is embarking on a major digital transformation and were looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead one of the most significant change initiatives in our organisations history the implementation of the TechnologyOne OneCouncil ERP solution. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of how our community is served.
We are seeking a highly specialised Program Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of the ERP transformation overseeing the master schedule managing external partners and ensuring the program is delivered on time within scope and on budget. Youll play a pivotal role in aligning people processes and technology to build organisational readiness and embed sustainable change across Council operations.
