Job Summary
Work Play a vital role in ensuring accurate customer billing strengthening our regulatory compliance and providing highvalue reporting that supports business critical decisions.
As a Customer Data Analyst at Sunwater you will:
- Develop and deliver customer reporting by collecting modelling and analysing data from multiple sources to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret customer data and clearly communicate findings to support informed business decisions.
- Prepare reports and briefing materials for senior leadership including highquality content for Executive and Board papers.
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in data analysis and reporting ideally within a regulated or complex operational environment. You will hold tertiary qualifications in Business Statistics IT or have equivalent experience and bring:
- Proven experience in data analysis with strong skills in modelling trend identification and data interpretation.
- Experience developing business documentation including policies procedures and process flow diagrams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights for senior leaders.
