Job Summary
Titus-Will Automotive Group is one of the largest family-owned dealership groups in the South Sound serving Tacoma Olympia Lakewood and Parkland since 1938. We are looking for experienced Service Advisors to join our busy high-performing Ford service department located just off I-5 and 38th Street in Tacoma.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated advisor looking for strong earning potential a busy service drive and long-term career growth within a stable family-owned organization.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $75000 $150000 per year (based on experience performance and qualifications)
- Compensation Structure: Base salary plus performance-based incentives

What Youll Do
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process
- Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate service recommendations
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely high-quality repairs
- Meet performance goals while delivering an excellent customer experience
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in a dealership or independent shop
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
