The Human Resources Business Partnerprovides consulting and coaching to departmental leaders managers and employees in order to support the organizations vision mission and overall objectives. The HRBP carries out responsibilities in a minimum of the following functional areas: benefits administration employee relations policy interpretation and application full-cycle recruitment and performance management consultation. The HRBP may carry out additional responsibilities to include employee and management development initiatives and training.
