Heidelberg Materials is one of the worlds largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees.
What Youll Be Doing
- Conduct routine laboratory testing on aggregate materials to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings with production and quality teams.
- Assist with sampling inspection and verification of materials from various production stages.
- Calibrate clean and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure consistent testing accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying quality trends and contributing to corrective actions.
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to perform laboratory testing with accuracy consistency and attention to detail.
- Strong problemsolving skills and comfort working with data measurements and technical processes.
- Clear communication skills to share findings across teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Commitment to safety quality and collaboration in a productionfocused setting.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.

- $25.00 to $29.32 per hour
