Job Summary
Stamping Press Operator
Location: Monroe WI
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday Thursday 4:00 PM 2:00 AM
3rd Shift (Annealing): Monday Friday 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Pay Rates:
1st Shift: $19.00/hour
2nd & 3rd Shift: $20.00/hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)
Primary Responsibilities:
Operate stamping press machines to load and unload metal coils through progressive dies.
Align parts properly in dies or fixtures for accurate stamping.
Band coils at the end of production runs.
Complete production paperwork accurately including job cards and tally sheets.
Remove metal scrap from dies press bed and surrounding area.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
Ensure all parts meet quality specifications as outlined in operator instructions.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow detailed work and packing instructions.
Familiarity with ERP systems for data entry and document retrieval.
Strong work ethic dependability and a positive attitude.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
