Pinnacle Home Care Floridas largest independent Medicare-certified home health provider has delivered high-quality patient-centered care for over two decades. We are growing and seeking a Director of Billing & Collections to join our award-winning team.
Position Overview
The Director of Billing & Collections provides strategic and operational leadership over all billing accounts receivable and collections functions for Pinnacle Home Care. This role ensures accurate timely and compliant billing while optimizing revenue cycle performance cash flow and denial prevention.
This position expands the organizations Revenue Cycle Management function by delivering centralized leadership financial accountability and process oversight across the full revenue cycle. The Director partners closely with Finance Operations and Clinical leadership to resolve revenue cycle challenges standardize workflows strengthen compliance and support long-term financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all billing and collections activities across all payer types
Ensure accurate and timely claim submission and follow-up
Identify and resolve billing errors denials and workflow gaps
Manage physician orders and documentation within the EMR
Own AR performance and collections strategy
Lead coach and evaluate billing team members
Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality
Provide performance reporting and insights to Executive Leadership
Qualifications
7 years of healthcare billing or revenue cycle experience
Proven leadership experience
Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and EMR systems
Home health experience required
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Finance or related field
