Job Summary

Greeley Nissan Volkswagen is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Greeley CO. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing front desk operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the Dealership
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Receive sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings as needed
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing photocopying and faxing

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable responsible and professional demeanor
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • High school degree or equivalent
