AsLarge LoansManagementSpecialistyoullberesponsible formanaging complex financing solutions for large loans with a primary focus oninventoryfinancing andlivestocklending.Youllprovide oversight to FCC credit policies and approval authorities while proactively mitigating risk through effective connected exposure management.In addition to credit and risk oversightyoullplaya key role in supporting Alliance business development initiatives by enhancing programsidentifyinggrowth opportunities and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver an exceptional experience.

Whatyoulldo

Oversee large loan applications for inventory and livestock programs.
Ensure compliance with FCC credit policies and approval authorities
Manage financing for eligible agricultural equipment categories and livestock programs
Monitor connected exposure and recommend risk control improvements
Collaborate withAlliance partners and internal teams to deliver seamless financing solutions

Whatyoullbring to the team

Requiredqualifications:

Abachelors degreein financebusinessor agriculture
Minimumfiveyears in lending creditanalysisor agricultural financing(or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong understanding of agricultural financing products and risk assessment
Ability to manage complex loan structures and large exposures
Provenexpertisein customer service
Proficiencyin financial analysis and documentation

Preferredqualifications:

Experience in the bankingfinanceor legal industry
Familiarity with FCC programs such asinventoryfinancing andlivestocklending
Demonstratedproficiencywith digital applications and systems
Bilingualism (English and French) is astrongasset.
