The Opportunity
Were looking for a proactiveRecruitment Resourcerto join our UK team based on the South Coast in Poole Dorset.
AsRecruitment Resourcer youll be at the heart of our operations playing a pivotal role in our success by supporting our team of Recruitment Sales Consultants throughout the entire recruitment process delivering exceptional service for both temporary and permanent positions within a niche market.

Key Activities within the Role:
- Source and attract potential candidates using multiple channels including our CRM job boards and referrals.
- Collaborate with the Head of Resourcing to enhance candidate experience and improve pipeline management.
- Pre-screen candidates by phone to assess suitability motivation and availability.
- Conduct candidate registrations for temporary positions ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles and CVs to clients within thejoinery furniture making and marinesectors.
- Maintain and update our database with candidate and placement information.
- Support with ad hoc admin marketing and business development activities as required.
What Are We Looking For
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced admin or resourcing role within recruitment or operations.
- Proactive and able to deal with and prioritise a variety of tasks while supporting multiple business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to support various areas within busy branch operations.
- Excellent admin organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
This is anoffice-based role Monday to Friday 8:30am5pm. Please note that the role will also requirelater start/finish on one or two days per week to support client and candidate availability in the evenings.
