What Youll Do
- Set up and stock your workstation with all required ingredients and equipment before service
- Prep cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and standards
- Perform prep work to support service including chopping portioning and staging ingredients
- Maintain proper portion control and minimize waste to help manage food costs
- Keep service running smoothly by restocking ingredients and staying on top of prep times
- Maintain a clean organized workstation including equipment surfaces storage areas and trash
- Follow all food safety sanitation and personal hygiene standards
- Ensure ingredients and finished dishes meet quality and freshness standards
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
- Support functions parties and special events as needed
What Were Looking For
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work quickly accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a loud high-energy setting with bright lights and constant activity
- Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to read and follow recipes and cooking instructions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality and consistency
- A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
- Dependable reliable and able to stay focused during busy shifts
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a hot kitchen environment
- Frequent bending reaching pushing pulling and lifting
- Ability to safely use kitchen equipment and tools
Pay range: $18 - $20/hr.
